can i change my dress order?
if you're anything like me and have trouble choosing the perfect dress, I completely understand! that’s why I offer a flexible change-of-mind policy, allowing you to make adjustments to your dress choice within 7 days of ordering. whether you’ve fallen for another style or had a change of heart, i’m here to help you find the one.
any price differences will be adjusted accordingly, either credited or charged. for expedited changes within 14 days, i’ll do my best to accommodate, though additional fees may apply.
Please Note: unfortunately, no refunds can be offered after 7 days from your order date.
can i cancel my dress order?
you can cancel your order and receive a full refund up to 7 days after ordering your wedding dress online. if you cancel your order between 8-14 days after purchase, a $500 AUD cancellation fee will apply. this fee covers administrative costs, fabric allocation, and pre-production work associated with your gown.
unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after 14 days as your wedding dress has begun being made.
can i get a refund?
you may request a refund within 7 days of placing your order for a made-to-order wedding dress. after this period, each gown enters production, crafted specifically to your standard dress size and tailored to your order. because of the custom nature of each piece, i’m unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has started.
this policy ensures that every gown is made with the utmost attention and dedication to each bride, creating a dress that’s uniquely yours. if you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—i’m here to help!
Note: full refunds after dress delivery is only available for major manufacturing faults, which will be determined after a detailed assessment of the item.

in the rare case of a manufacturing issue, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your gown with images and a description of the fault.
manufacturing faults: if a fault is confirmed, i will reimburse return postage costs once we receive and inspect the item.
notification period: to qualify for a replacement, or refund, please notify us of any faults within 7 days of receiving your order. additionally, items must be returned to our studio within 14 days (for australian orders) or 21 days (for international orders) following our request. the bryde reserves the right to decline returns if these conditions are not met.

when should i order my wedding dress?
i recommend ordering your dress at least 5-7 months before your wedding day to ensure ample time for production, delivery, and any final alterations.

every dress is carefully inspected in my brisbane, australia studio, where i ensure each gown meets the highest standards before sending it to you. and, of course, it’s packaged beautifully to arrive in perfect condition, ready for your special day!
how long will it take to receive my dress?
when you order your wedding dress, you can choose between two tailored options based on your wedding date and vision: made to order and made to order - customised. each gown is crafted specifically for you—i do not mass produce my collections.
production timelines: the standard production timeline is up to 5 months for a made to order wedding dress in a standard size and 6 months for a made to order customised wedding dress. if your wedding is sooner than 5 months from order date, please contact me directly as we may be able to expedite production for an additional fee.
what is MADE TO ORDER?
every dress i create is made to order, meaning production begins approximately 7 days after your purchase. i don’t mass-produce my collections; each gown is individually crafted in your chosen size based on my size chart. to ensure the best fit, please take your measurements and select the size closest to your dimensions. if you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out—we're here to help.
for brides whose measurements don’t align with standard sizes, i offer customisation options for a tailored fit. a small fee may apply for these adjustments.
production timeline: made-to-order dresses take up to 5 months from production to delivery. to allow enough time for any needed alterations, i recommend ordering your dress at least 6 months before your wedding.

what is MADE TO ORDER - CUSTOMISED?
every dress we create is made to order, meaning production begins approximately 7 days after your purchase. i don’t mass-produce my collections; your dress will be made to your size ranges and height with the option to customise some elements of your gown ie: add sleeves, add split.

do you ship worldwide?
bryde ships worldwide!
australia: i use multiple courier services which generally delivers in 2-3 business days within Australia and includes tracking and insurance.
international & rural: shipping costs will depend on your location, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
customs: various countries charge custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees. it is the customer’s responsibility to pay those taxes accordingly. please contact your local customs office for more information regarding whether taxes and duties are payable in your region.
tracking and details of your shipment will be sent once your dress has been dispatched.
note: bryde does not refund or exchange if the item is lost or damaged in mail.

what if i lose or gain weight after ordering?
no need to worry! each of my dresses includes a 1.5cm seam allowance, allowing for minor adjustments if your size changes slightly after purchase. a skilled seamstress can help make these alterations so that your dress fits you beautifully on your big day.
to ensure the best fit from the start, i recommend checking your measurements carefully against our size chart when ordering. this helps us create a gown that’s as close to your ideal fit as possible—but rest assured, i have built in flexibility to make sure you look and feel amazing no matter what.
do you have payment plans?
yes—and not quite yet! since I'm a small business, i currently offer PayPal's pay in 4 for flexible payments. as my business grows, i look forward to providing you with more payment plan options to make your shopping experience even smoother. stay tuned—exciting things are on the horizon!
